Shopping at in New York City (08/03/2010)
Emma debuted her haircut officially on the streets on NYC on this warm August day. She sported a white tank and a stripped tank and wrapped it with a braided belt. She also wore a pair of tan capris and a pair if basic ballet flats. She accessorized with a pendant necklace and a tan bag. This is a great 'run a few earrends' outfit.
